“Joining this group was the greatest act of self-care I've done in a long time. I learned so much about storytelling and project planning, but more importantly I learned about myself. “

Adrienne

This experience for me has been beyond growing as a photographer and a storyteller it has impacted and continues to impact every aspect of my life in all of the best ways.

Chrissy

By digging into why I create and what I hope to achieve, the knowledge and tools gained through this experience has allowed me cultivate a values-based, more ethical and decolonized approach to how I show up for myself and my community at large.”

Mika

“The mentoring, inspiration and encouragement from Dani and the amazing cohort helped me get unstuck, own my story and grow my practice and identity as a visual storyteller for change. I’ve also been continually challenged and learnt so much from different perspectives on everything from what makes a good photo to decolonising conservation. It has and continues to be an incredible learning and co-liberation experience.”
